:: Rockefeller Center ::

Le Rockefeller Center est un complexe commercial construit par la famille Rockefeller composé de dix-neuf bâtiments. Il est situé dans le quartier de Midtown, entre la 5e avenue et l'avenue des Amériques de l'île de Manhattan, New York. C'est à ce niveau que se trouvent les boutiques de luxe de New York. Il fut déclaré National Historic Landmark en 1988.

Le Rockefeller Center est composé de nombreux commerces et salles de spectacle, dont la réputation, comme celle du Radio City Music Hall a franchi les frontières de la ville et du pays. Le complexe est une destination touristique, en raison des très nombreuses décorations de la Rockefeller Plaza, de la vue offerte par l'observatoire du GE Building, mais aussi grâce à de nombreux événements saisonniers comme la grande patinoire ou le sapin qui rassemblent chaque année des milliers de personnes.

Lucid dreaming
Lucid dreaming is the conscious perception of one's state while dreaming. In this state a person usually has control over characters and the environment of the dream as well as the dreamer's own actions within the dream.The occurrence of lucid dreaming has been scientifically verified.


Oneironauts
"Oneironaut" is a term sometimes used for those who explore the world of dreams. For example, dream researcher Stephen LaBerge uses the term.It is often associated with Lucid Dreaming in particular.


Dreams of absent-minded transgression
Dreams of absent-minded transgression (DAMT) are dreams wherein the dreamer absentmindedly performs an action that he or she has been trying to stop (one classic example is of a quitting smoker having dreams of lighting a cigarette). Subjects who have had DAMT have reported waking with intense feelings of guilt. One study found a positive association between having these dreams and successfully stopping the behavior.


Dreaming as a skeptical argument
Dreams can link to actual sensations, such as the incorporation of environmental sounds into dreams such as hearing a phone ringing in a dream while it is ringing in reality, or dreaming of urination while wetting the bed. Some philosophers have extended this idea to a skeptical hypothesis about ontology. The first recorded mention of the idea was by Zhuangzi, and was also discussed in Hinduism; Buddhism makes extensive use of the argument in its writings.It was formally introduced to western philosophy by Descartes in the 17th century in his Meditations on First Philosophy.


Recalling dreams
The recall of dreams is extremely unreliable, though it is a skill that can be trained. Dreams that are difficult to recall may be characterized by relatively little affect, and factors such as salience, arousal, and interference play a role in dream recall. A dream journal can be used to assist dream recall, for psychotherapy or entertainment purposes.


Déjà vu
The theory of déjà vu dealing with dreams indicates that the feeling of having previously seen or experienced something could be attributed to having dreamt about a similar situation or place, and forgetting about it until one seems to be mysteriously reminded of the situation or place while awake.


Dream incorporation
In one use of the term, "dream incorporation" is a phenomenon whereby an external stimulus, usually an auditory one, becomes a part of a dream, eventually then awakening the dreamer. There is a famous painting by Salvador Dalí that depicts this concept, titled "Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening" (1944).

The term "dream incorporation" is also used in research examining the degree to which preceding daytime events become elements of dreams. Recent studies suggest that events in the day immediately preceding, and those about a week before, have the most influence

:: Beurre de cacao ::

Le beurre de cacao est une matière grasse végétale extraite par pression des fèves de cacao. Le beurre de cacao est un mélange de graisse semi-solide et semi-liquide qui peut cristalliser de six façons différentes (forme I, II, III, IV, V, VI). Il entre dans la composition du chocolat et possède de nombreuses propriétés hydratantes.

Le beurre de cacao fond à 37°C. Il est utilisé dans la fabrication de nombreux produits para-pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques, tels que les huiles solaires ou les baumes à lèvres. Le beurre de cacao a été, jusqu'au milieu du XXe siècle, à la base de la composition des suppositoires. Les pharmaciens l'utilisaient encore dans les années 1980 pour les préparations artisanales.

Une directive européenne permet de faire rentrer dans la composition du chocolat 5% de matière grasse autre que le beurre de cacao. En France, l'appellation pur beurre de cacao est utilisée pour les chocolats ne contenant pas de matière grasse de substitution.

ส้นเท้าแตก : เมื่อกินกล้วยเสร็จเรียบร้อย อย่ารอช้าค่ะ บรรจงนำมันมาขัดถูส้นเท้า ถูไปถูมา ถูมาถูไป (อาจจะหยึยๆ สักหน่อย) แล้วล้างออกด้วยน้ำอุ่น ส้นเท้าที่เคยแตกก็จะแตกน้อยลงค่ะ รองเท้าหนังดำขลับ : แจกกล้วยคุณพ่อ คุณลูกก่อนออกจากบ้าน เมื่อกินแล้วก็นำเปลือกมาถูที่รองเท้าสีดำ ถูๆๆๆ จากนั้นก็นำผ้าเช็ดรองเท้าอีกที คราวนี้รองเท้าคู่งามก็จะเป็นมันเงาทั้งคุณพ่อคุณลูก โดยไม่ต้องออกแรงขัดให้เมื่อยค่ะ ความจริงประโยชน์ของกล้วยที่คุณๆ นึกไม่ถึงยังมีอีกนะคะ เอาไว้หยิบมาเล่าให้ฟังอีกค่ะ

:: Recouvrance (Brest) ::

Recouvrance est le nom d'un célèbre quartier de Brest situé rive droite. C'est un quartier populaire et historiquement bretonnant par opposition à Brest-même (rive gauche), francophone. Recouvrance fut moins touché par les bombardements que la ville rive gauche, et bien que la Reconstruction lui fit perdre ses remparts (ainsi que Brest-même), de nombreux témoignages du passé y ont subsisté, témoins du vieux Brest : évidemment la Tour Tanguy, l'Église Saint-Sauveur, la Maison de la Fontaine (voir les images), le Jardin des Explorateurs, Les ateliers du plateau des Capucins (XIXe siècle), la prison de Pontaniou (début XIXe siècle) et surtout la vieille rue Saint-Malo (XVIIe siècle et XVIIIe siècle).
